Saturday night in A.C. was awesome minus destroying my phone. Beer cakes were a success. Pictures of said cakes are up on Facebook. All bands performed really well. The Hard Way kicked ass during their set. Bridge was closed on Sunday for a marathon, so the band left, and I stayed behind to enjoy a full day of eating, sleeping, and riding a motorcycle. All in all: Excellent!
Monday, work was boring, but I had an interview with Yam Magazine with a Swedish interviewer named Lisa, who was a soul singer. I plan to check out one of her performances one of these Mondays. After work, hung out with the gloriously talented Mick Royale and his beautiful lady, Bianca D'Agger. Ate some meatballs that were superb. Then, we ventured to Arlene's Grocery to check out Ten Ton Mojo, a raucous romp through all the best parts of 70s stadium rock, 80s thrash, and modern rock 'n' roll.
